I like it just being a smaller hardware store. The employees are always nice, and happy to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. Free popcorn is a nice touch.
ps I noticed that they had probably a better selection in the screws/nuts/bolts/washers/misc./etc section than the big box stores do.

I love this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is filled with everything anyone could need, hardware wise, and lots of unique items.
Recently, I walked out of the store with my new push lawnmower, and an employee, who was on lunch break, and had absolutely no obligations to me kindly asked if he can help me load the mower in the back of my truck, I was very impressed.
