I go in here often when traveling home to Columbus from Cleveland at least twice a month. The management staff use to be amazing (Megan was the sweetest!) and seems to have had many changes in the past few months. Its awful now. The one girl always looks hungover and I just recently overheard a conversation that one of them was in the back sleeping off a hangover. Not sure if its the same girl. They might just be desperate for staffing. I don't know. Not impressed..
