The staff here are super nice! Everyone was very helpful, they remembered my name, and took great customer service too a new level. I had a little trouble with an emailed receipt, and the managers were super kind and took their time helping me resolve the issue. Thanks for a great shopping experience with my family :-)

I bought 4 shirts but one of the shirts was not my size so they said I could order it and they will mail it to my house. It took them about 30 minutes from beginning-to-end to finish taking down my details. Then, the shirt never arrived after a month of waiting so I had to call and only then it was sent to me. This is a very different experience than the on in the regular Ralph Lauren store so DO NOT ask them to ship anything to your house
