Was starting to become concerned that every time I went in for an oil change they found something else wrong that needed fixed ASAP. Then I was denied using a coupon that was only for ‘new customers’, the coupon said nothing about that on it. Final visit to Jim’s I was met by Craig in the man cave waiting room with horrible news. My car needed $1900 in repairs immediately. Craig even appeared to be worried about my safety if I drove away without fixing it. I took his estimate to my hometown mechanic. There was nothing wrong with my car, in fact he had repairs on the estimate for parts that my car doesn’t even have. My hometown mechanic did a tuneup for $93 and my car has been ruining fine for over 6 month since leaving Jim’s. Beware of these shady mechanics. FYI this is the first google review I’ve ever left. I normally don’t get caught up in this stuff but felt I owe it to others to share my experiences.
Got me in immediately when stranded at 6am. They did a great job on alternator.
