These guys are awesome! They are so nice and helpful. Every time I call they get me in super fast. Alex always teaches me something new about my car that I'll need to know in the future. He even taught me how to put air in my tires. That's something super simple that he took the time to teach me. GREAT guys who I will go to for anything!
My experiences have been very positive over multiple vehicles and many years. They are good solid repair guys and have been very honest with us on everything that we've brought their way to fix or diagnose and have been timely to boot! Additionally, as for trust, I plan on bringing our church van to them because I know that I can trust them to do the right job as they would on their own vehicles.
They could have easily done the work and charged me for it and I never would have known the difference. Its very clear that this business operates at the highest levels of integrity and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repair.
If you are calling this shop for repairs, you may want to rethink that. The total lack of respect and professionalism is obscene at best. ALEX should NEVER be aloud around customers or the phone apparently. He was out loud laughing at me as soon as he heard what the model of my Cadillac, without even knowing what was wrong with it. Then after back tracking and trying to save himself by offering to "hook my car up for free", someone else got on the phone stating, "we need to wrap this up." and hung up on me! How can you expect to run a business with people like this? (I had to put at least one star just to get the post)
I brought an 07 Pilot in to them that was making a very loud squeaking sound on one of the belts and told them I wanted them to replace the belt for me. They called me the next day and said that they couldnt replicate the squeaking and the belt looked fine. We chalked it up to the change in humidity.
Used car inspection was right on. I was interested in buying a used car and Alex inspected it. He mentioned 2 concerns he ran a recall report and found 1 item available for repair at the Lexus dealership. Said the car checked out. I bought it and took it to the Lexus dealership. They fixed the item Alex mentioned and confirmed his thoughts on the ticking. Wish I could get peace of mind like that everywhere.
