Had a great experience here! Very nice facility..brand new with an extremely comfortable waiting area. Time to complete service was around 50 minutes but it felt like 25 minutes. I've been in the automobile business sales, service and collision repair for over 25 years. I highly recommend giving these polite and professional people at Rich's an opportunity. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I love being able to support local businesses, and Rich's is one that I will definitely use again. There was a very quick turnaround getting my car back, there was even a loaner car for me to use while they had mine, (at no additional cost, just replace the gas that you use). There was a small problem after the repair, I called Angel, who works the front desk, and she told me to bring the car back at my convenience and they would check it out for free. Turned out it was just a vacuum line had come off, 15 minutes later, I was back out the door with my car like new, and at no cost. I highly recommend Rich's, and couldn't ask for a better place to have close to home with great mechanics, and a very knowledgeable front desk girl.
Had my car towed here overnight because it was close...terrible mistake. I TOLD them what was wrong with it and asked for a quote. They gave me a quote for 4x what I ended up getting it repaired for. On top of that I got charged $100 for a "full diagnostic" of the vehicle. Since I was charged for a full diagnostic, I asked if they found anything else or if anything else needed repaired to which they replied, that was just to diagnose the problem...WHAT!!! So I paid $100 for them to tell me exactly what I ALREADY TOLD THEM WAS WRONG (all it was was a bad starter by the way....) Ened up costing me $150 to get it fixed, and I was quoted $600+ .Beware!!!
